More on this week's feature:

"As the descendent of back-porch storytellers, Jenna Robinson knows that music and poetry are the perfect tools to heal from trauma and to build community. She has worked with several youth organizations across Hawaii and the Bay Area to utilize written and performance poetry for therapeutic purposes and she is currently pursuing her MA in Expressive Arts Therapy at CIIS in San Francisco. Jenna is a two-time grand slam champion of Hawaii Slam and has performed across the U.S. as a street musician and as a part of 6 national slam poetry teams, taking second place nationally in 2015. She is the Deputy Director of Bay Area Creative, a creative writing non-profit in Oakland, where she runs their Revisions program, developing therapeutic spoken word workshops for youth, adults & families."

Bring a pen, a poem, a friend. All ages, styles, backgrounds, beliefs, and needs are welcomed. Respect is expected.
